One of my website' pr is declined in last pr update,what should I do to retrieve it? What will my website probably happen after the pr update?

Don't worry!! First of all you remove the entire bad link from your website. After that update your content from everywhere like website, blog etc. And try to do get back link from theme related and good quality websites. I hope after completing this activity your pr again retrieve.
