Start your OFF page activity with quality sites, don't unnecessarily get backlinks from low quality sites. Initially if you concentrate on these things, you can avoid getting backlinks from spammy sites. There are many ways in which you get backlinks from a spam site. You can check your backlinks in backlink checker tools and eliminate those spam sites.

Hi Tahir,

Where are you from? You name seems Bangladeshi. Are you from Bangladesh?

Now about your question, you can check spam links towards your site from Google Webmaster tool. You need to have a Google Webmaster tool where you have to verify your site first (by uploading a HTML file on the root folder or add a custom tag on the index page of your site). Then just round around a bit in your webmaster tool account, you will see incoming links section. Check that and mark all the spam links (select very carefully please, make sure you are not selecting good ones as SPAM!) and then use disavow tool.

You can check spam links using any online tool. You can also analyze your links in Google Webmaster Tool and check for the links that are irrelevant or doesnot belong to your website. After that,  remove them using disavow tool.

first of all use web master or ahrefs

gather all backlinks

then check the metrics of the linking sites

1.DA>20
2.Sites should Look natural
3.anchors diversity
4.No dropped domains

If the linking site doesn't meet the requirement then disavow them
