You can't just get high quality back links... they are earned... If you really want to be on a strong website within your branche you should participate at the website, show your expertise and ask them if they would like to promote the website. The other high quality links would be with advertisement on those websites.

If a high quality link is easy to get it's definitely not a high quality link

While building backlinks, quality is requisite but you should not overlook relevancy. Google gives more weightage to links which comes from a high authority and relevant website. I would advise you to monitor your competitor backlinks. You will certainly get some good ones.

You should also keep in mind that keyword rankings does not solely depend on backlinks.

Hi,

Before submission check domain authority and quality submission start not a quantity. Because of this if you only quantity work you can do so link building not good for your website.
