How many forum post you do?

I know forum is a good way for seo, but i want know generally how many forum post you do? And what kind of forum you choose?

Never think of how much post we do in forum. But think on whatever you post should be great and meaningful and interesting. As if you provide quality post then you can get quality backlinks. And these backlinks be more helpful for your site. And if you try to post more and more then you can not provide the fresh information and for more posting you will copy the content and this will negative impact of your site.

the more the better, if you can post useful informations all the time, you can post all the time.
it is hard to say the exact suitable number. for different purpose, different niche, they all different.
and for choosing what kind, you can do a research on certain area.

Generally you can perform ten forum posting in ten different forum sites per day, it will not affect forum posting rules.

First of all I select relevant forum websites and check, they are do-follow or no-follow. After conform do-follow, I register in it and post about 15 posts by following the rules of forum website.

I am also doing forum posting in the same way. I have a question if i am doing forum posting in forum and have posted 10 post in different threads with links of my website. When Google will cache all my 10 post will it be the one back link of 10 backlinks from a single forum. Please reply!

If you are wanting to do posting then you should be in every related forum niche for your market and some can be out of your niche, however, those links might be dropped or non extraneous and wouldn't do much for your serps.

i try to reply as much as i can and as much as i know. one should not poke his/her nose into irrelevant thread or a topic which he/she doesn't have knowledge

Its not better to focus upon the number of posts. Even single post on high quality niche do-follow forums helps to improve the search engine ranking.
