Description
The site allows buyers to place a ‘notice’, outlining the product or service they are looking for, and allows sellers to list the products and services that they have to offer, saving these preferences to get alerts[2]. When the service identifies a match between a notice and an alert, the seller is sent a message informing them that there is a suitable buyer, and offering them the ability to initiate contact[1]. All notices and alerts are saved, so users do not need to revisit the site to re-post their requirements.
