An SGML name consists of one name start character followed by zero or more name characters for a maximum of 8 characters in total ( defined by the NAMELEN quantity in the reference concrete syntax, inferred by the value of QUANTITY).
A name start character is "a-z","A-Z". A name character is "a-z","A-Z","0-9",".","-"
VALID NAMES TO, FROM, KGB-1, HERE.NET
INVALID NAMES CONFIDENTIALLY, 1TOOMUCH
